Yearwood, 56, and Brooks, 59, made the connection in December, a few months after Brooks posed on stage during a live show in Bakersfield, California.
The country star opened in an interview with US Weekly, revealing that their relationship has improved over time, although it is still “difficult”.

“We are both very independent people who run our own ships. And sometimes, when two people drive two big ships, it can be difficult, ”said Yearwood, while promoting his new pet collection line.
She added that being quarantined all the time with her husband during the COVID-19 pandemic does not present too many problems, except that they could not go anywhere.
“Before last year, we were together all the time. I mean, we’re really a couple who got married to be together, so we don’t spend that much time apart anyway. So it wasn’t a huge change, but it was enough that there was nowhere to go, ‘she added.
