The new Super Nintendo World Commercial shows Mario Kart Ride

As the calendar turns to 2021, Super Nintendo World is set to be officially released this year at Universal Studios in Japan. Before the park opens in just a few short months, however, Nintendo is giving potential visitors a different taste of what to expect from the location in a new ad.

Seen in a new ad, Nintendo has presented a new look at the biggest ride that Super Nintendo World will apparently offer from the gate. The journey is centered around the iconic Nintendo racing franchise Mario Kart and will allow park participants to get into a real-world kart and walk around a virtual racing course. You can take a look at the new ad mentioned via the tweet below.

Obviously, what is presented in this video is not what Mario Kart will actually go through. If he did, well, he’d be pretty trippy. The kart itself that appears in this video seems to be exactly like the one that fans will be able to upload to Super Nintendo World, however, so it exists.

In addition to this ride with Mario Kart, Super Nintendo World will boast a lot of other surprises that long-time Nintendo fans will definitely get a shot at. Not only is the entire park full of beloved Mario iconography, but visitors will also be able to earn virtual gold coins, take part in various activities and eat food that reflects what you might find in the Mushroom Kingdom. All in all, it looks like it’s going to be pretty fun.

Super Nintendo World is set to finally open at Universal Studios Japan later this year, on February 4, 2021. Although this will be the first such location in the world, the same experience is scheduled to come to universal parks in the United States on the road . To keep up to date with these future developments, you can continue to watch the park covered right here.

So what do you think about Super Nintendo World based on everything that has been shown so far? Do you plan to take a holiday in the amusement park in the future? Let me know in the comments or send me a message on Twitter at @ MooreMan12 let’s talk more.
