The incident report details Tiger Woods’ injuries after the accident

Tiger Woods was seriously injured in his car accident in February than initial reports indicated, including being “knocked unconscious” and suffering an “open fracture”, it was revealed on Wednesday.

The terrible injuries of the golf legend were detailed in an incident report submitted by the first responders from Los Angeles, obtained by TMZ Sports.

“Unconsciously beaten, laceration to the lower frontal jaw, bruised right and left rib cage, fractured tibia and right fibula, possible injury to the right ankle,” the report reads, under the section labeled “describes the lesions.”

The report also provides more details about the injury to Woods’ feet, reading “open fracture, middle shaft on right leg, below the knee,” according to the outlet.

Woods was driving almost double the speed limit when he lost control of the SUV, crossed the median and hit a tree at 75 mph in Rancho Palos Verdes, officials said on Tuesday, after analyzing the vehicle’s black box.

The golfer broke several bones in his lower right leg when the SUV rolled over. Investigators said he braked too late.

Even though Woods was doing 87 mph in a 45 mph zone, the sheriff said Woods would not be charged with speeding because police officers did not notice him breaking the law.

“I am so grateful to the two good Samaritans who came to help me and called 911,” Woods said. wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.

The 45-year-old is returning to Florida.
