The 50-year-old actor held at least his second potentially recent superspreader event Tuesday in front of a coronavirus testing center in Thousand Oaks, California.

About 100 masked carol singers gathered after the Growing Pains star posted on social media: “Let your voice be heard at this peaceful protest praising the prince of peace.”

Another Twitter user mentioned that Cameron went from Growth Pain to “Breathing Pain”.

Bette Nidler also wrote on Twitter: “#KirkCameron organizes Christmas carols without a mask, in protest against COVID mandates. In SOUTH CALIFORNIA, where there is a 0% capacity in the ICU. God, if you’re really there, come pick up your boy. Put a finger in your eye!

The evangelical Christian was also convicted on Twitter for hosting the meeting, while coronavirus cases have increased across the country.

But Cameron criticized any criticism on Wednesday night, telling Tucker Carlson’s show: “Blockages cause much more harm than the virus itself. There is immunity in the community.

“We are not afraid of a virus that has a survival rate of over 99%.”

The Christmas carol protest took place outdoors in a parking lot at The Oaks Mall.

Oaks Mall posted a statement on social media on Tuesday, saying the event was not authorized by the mall.

“We do not accept this irresponsible peaceful protest event – however constitutionally protected – planned. We share your concern and have informed the sheriff’s office. We also addressed the event planner to ask them not to use The Oaks as their venue, ”the statement said.

Los Angeles County Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer was asked Wednesday about Cameron’s Christmas caroling event, with unmasked singers, ignoring social distancing in Ventura County, where cases of COVID-19 have risen.

“I am speechless at the moment. It is very irresponsible and very dangerous and it is not necessary. We are in the middle of a pandemic, ‘Ferrer said, according to Deadline.

Cameron earlier this month teamed up with US Sing It Louder to host Sunday’s demonstrations, expressing frustration that California Gov. Gavin Newsom has banned mass gatherings, such as caroling during the holiday season.

California imposed a new regional home order in early December, which is based on ICU capacity and closed or restricted capacity levels for a large number of companies.
