Reynaldo Vásquez, the former president of the Salvadoran Football Federation (Fesfut), is requested by the US authorities and will be extradited to that country.
On this day, the Fourteenth Peace Court held a special hearing to determine, within a maximum period of 12 days, the logistics and security protocol (Covid-19) in order to send the former director to the North American nation.
In August 2017, the extradition of the former president of the Cuscatleca Federation was established, but he was serving a sentence due to the acquisition of tax deductions from employees in a company whose legal representative he was, Mobilia SA. The former director was the president of Fesfut, but in a standardization commission, which was set up in 2008 and served until 2010 at the head of the sports institution.
