Bruce Arians has a theory behind Tom Brady’s departure from New England

As Tom Brady ended his first season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in style, there were many theories questioning why he left New England. Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians certainly has his own theory.

After the Buccaneers beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, the Arians held an interview with “Inside the NFL.” In it, co-host Ray Lewis asked the coach why Brady left New England. As Arians noted, a change of scenery was probably the biggest motivation behind Brady leaving the Patriots.

“I think the competitive spirit is so strong that he wanted to do it,” Arians said. “He wanted to show people. I never said anything bad about Bill Belichick; I know everyone is trying to say yes. His record speaks for itself. He is probably the greatest ever. But I think I wanted to try another way. ”

While Brady and the Buccaneers are looking to defend their Super Bowl title, we have to wonder what could have happened to New England. Currently, Brady wants to continue to add another chapter in a storybook career.
