(Reuters) – Apple Inc. has threatened to remove Parler’s social networking service from the App Store unless the company changes its content moderation policies, Parler CEO John Matze told Reuters on Friday.
Parler is a social network in which many supporters of President Donald Trump migrated after being banned from services such as Twitter Inc. to descend on Washington, DC, with weapons, after a mob stormed the US Chapter building on Wednesday.
Apple declined to comment.
