Zac Efron sells the glam mansion LA for $ 5.9 million

Zac Efron, the star of “High School Musical”, graduated from Los Angeles. The actor is giving up his residence in Los Feliz, Variety reported. It’s available for $ 5.9 million.

The California native bought the modern property in the middle of the century in 2013 for $ 4 million and hopes to clear some of his investment.

Efron has spent the last few months living in South Australia, filming “Gold”. Maybe he’ll extend his stay if he has less of a home to worry about back in the United States.

The elegant residence has panoramic views of the city and exudes Hollywood glamor. The contemporary composition enters from a long, closed alley, which opens to the view of the city center towards the ocean, visible from every room in the house.

Inside, the open plan has warm wood, glass walls and an interior-exterior flow, with bridges running the length of the property.

Leaning into its friendly A-list hangout status, the description of the list notes that the “recently rebuilt” property offers “a perfect paradise for celebrities.”

With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the 5,455-square-foot layout has a living area, living room and a kitchenette that adjoins a family room.

In addition, the house offers a master suite and a spacious bathroom on the main level, plus three additional bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor, together with a separate pension with a bedroom and a bathroom.

Facilities include a gym, a media room, a games room, a wine room and security rooms. In the contemporary interior, skateboards, artwork and sports memorabilia hang on the vast walls of the gallery.

The outdoor area has views of the dining area and outdoor seating.

The newly refurbished pool and waterfall spa enjoy privacy and views.

Now 33, the hunky actor and singer has come to prominence with the “High School Musical” movie trilogy. He also starred in “Neighbors,” “New Year’s Eve,” “17 Again” and “The Greatest Showman.” His series of Netflix travel reports “Down to Earth With Zac Efron” was a streaming sensation this summer.

Kathrin Nicholson with the Agency owns the listing.
