You will be held accountable

CLEVELAND – US Attorney Justin Herdman has issued a warning to northeast Ohio residents who traveled to Washington DC to protest the certification of Electoral College President-elect Joe Biden. He said that anyone who took part in illegal acts in chaos will be prosecuted.

“I have two more days to do this. I can sleep very little for the rest of my life. If these people, or anyone else who committed federal crimes today at the Capitol, come from northern Ohio, you will be held accountable before you step down, ”Herdman wrote on Twitter. “Coffee is made …”

Herdman announced last month that he would step down in January. The first assistant of the American prosecutor Bridget Brennan will take over his role this month.

Congress met Wednesday in a joint session, in a constitutionally mandated process to assess the Electoral College’s votes and formally select President-elect Joe Biden, the winner of the 2020 election, until President Trump’s supporters barricaded the barricades in around the Capitol building, forcing the blockade and evacuation of parliamentarians.

Police say they believe the protesters managed to break into the Capitol building, pouring chemical irritants on law enforcement.

Metropolitan Police confirm that one person was shot and killed inside the Chapter.

CNN reported that at least two explosive devices were found around DC today.

President-elect Joe Biden said the events were not a protest but an “insurrection” and called on President Trump to “step up”.

The National Guard was later deployed to quell the unrest. It is not known if Ohioians were arrested.

Currently, in Washington, there is a city-level extinction.
