MADISON, Russia. – Wisconsin quarterback Jack Coan entered the transfer portal after a season full of injuries in which he did not play.
Coan made 18 starts in 2018-19 and helped Bursuc reach the Rose Bowl in 2019, but injured his right leg in pre-season practice and underwent surgery. Although he dressed for the last three games in Wisconsin, the 6-foot-3 senior from Sayville, New York, did not play a bit down.
