The festivities are underway in what has been a decidedly strange year. GTA Online remains probably one of the safest ways players can practically get together this holiday season. That is, if they manage to survive beyond missiles, gunfire, sniper rounds and a whole host of other powerful weapons.
Los Santos, from GTA Online, is buried under a thick layer of snow at this time of year, and fans can enjoy the festivities with their friends, with a fight with two snowballs.
Christmas decorations are apparently everywhere in GTA Online, especially interiors like Diamond and Penthouse. However, the exterior also contains some cool decorations for players to gather around, such as a massive Christmas tree.
Locating the Christmas tree in GTA Online
The tree is an accessory of the Festive Surprise every year in GTA Online and, although this year does not bear the above name, everything else remains the same.
The tree is located in Legion Square / San Andreas Ave on the map and players can see it from afar. It only appears in GTA Online and not in Story mode, but the modding community has managed to bring the tree and fans to single player mode.
“/>In addition to the tree, Holidays 2020 in GTA Online brings a whole series of great bonuses and gifts, to the delight of the player. One of the newest cars in the latest title update, the Grotti Brioso 300, is currently available for free on the Southern San Andreas Super Autos website.
Players will receive bonuses for simply logging into the game between December 22nd and December 30th. These bonuses include:
- Vibrant Stitch Emissive Mask
- Red Bleeder Festive Sweater
- Cluckin ‘Festive green sweater
- The Tartan Livery for Ocelot Ardent, Buckingham Akula and Karin Technical Custom
- The Candy Cane Livery for Comet Safari, HVY APC and HVY Insurgent Pick-Up Custom
- A care pack containing the fireworks launcher, 20 fireworks rockets, a full amount of snacks and armor, 25 sticky bombs, 25 grenades, 10 proximity mines and 10 molotov
