I’ve dreamed of it all my life to compete. When someone stood out in a sport I thought and looked at myself athlete of the Elite. I admired GYMNASTS, cyclists, skaters and bodybuilder; they were my favorites.

In the gymnastics I didn’t notice. To win all this flexibility you have to practice from an early age. With cycling I had an inconvenience; my parents wouldn’t let me out because I once had a car accident after I left college. ice skating? I practiced so much that Skates they have become totally aged. I loved them!

I grew up and one day I went to Hall. There I met a coach who competed. I was thrilled, I lost head. I wanted to look strong. Around 1991 I started training with weights to compete. When I was only 18, I came across one pallets. It wasn’t bad for me: I received two silver medals.

That – instead of demotivating me – pushed me and helped me become who I am now. In 2018 I went World Bikini Master Champion.

To stand out I improved several customs. I stopped ingesting many more desserts and bread, for example. Now I eat them in moderation. Good habits and sports -I guess- hold me you and in shape. When people find out my age, they go back. Obviously I like that. It makes me feel good doing good things and motivates me to keep going.

What do you eat all day?
