If you could measure your thirst, wait Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 2 would be an ocean.
It is safe in a very unique position. If the first Final Fantasy VII Remake kind of bombarded in every way, there probably wouldn’t even be a chase. But it was good! And it sold! So everyone is looking forward to the second part for many reasons, which is definitely happening.
Many of us are curious about how the team could adapt the structure of the open world; a stark contrast to the more linear but personal Midgar setting. But for now, we can only speculate, because Square Enix has not even given us any real information about Part 2. This could change soon.
Send an advertisement for Final Fantasy VII Remake Orchestra World Tour this week, Square Enix confirmed that co-director Motomu Toriyama (who worked on the game with Nomura and Hamaguchi) will support an “additional broadcast” before the event. This is on February 13 just before 17:00 JST, which is 3:00 ET on Saturday morning.
In fact, there is an event on February 12, but the tweet notes that the event on February 13 will give us the goods.
