Demi Lovato was among the performers at the inaugural event of President Joe Biden Celebrating America tonight (January 20). Lovato performed a performance of Bill Withers’ classic single “Lovely Day”. She sang in front of a panel of screens, where a number of people (including some celebrities) helped her with the choirs. Last year, Lovato shared a new song released by Trump, entitled “Commander-in-Chief.” He also joined forces with Sam Smith for “I’m Ready” and released a solo single called “I Love Me”.
A number of renowned artists performed to celebrate President Biden and Vice President Harris tonight: Bruce Springsteen kicked off the night with a show of “Land of Hope and Dreams”, Foo Fighters played the classic “Times Like These” and Katy Perry closed the night with a rendition of “Fireworks,” which was greeted with a massive display of fireworks as the play ended.
