Warzone will receive NVIDIA DLSS support in season 3

The end of the current war-torn Verdansk as we know it. Nova 6 gas began to spread on the map.

After updating the playlist on April 15 and 16, Raven Software began what appears to be the end of the current map of Verdansk.

Three areas, which were the first two to get zombies, now have a red nuclear symbol over them on the mini map and cannot be fully accessed.

These three locations are Ship Wreck, prison and since April 16, hospital. We expect the radiation to continue to expand as we approach the start of season 3 of Warzone.

Here is what the radiation area looks like on the mini map, starting with April 16th.

When players try to walk in these areas, there is green radiation everywhere. When you enter the area, your player instantly takes damage until you die. The only way to prevent radiation from hurting you is with a gas mask, but they also wear out pretty quickly.

Here is a video with the location and in action.

Players who are in Solo modes will die from radiation and be sent to the Gulag. For players in duos, trios or quads, at death on radiation, you will actually become a zombie. JackFrags’s video here shows him:

We expect this to extend to more locations in Verdansk, probably aligned with where the zombies have been heading since the beginning of season 2. That would mean Hospital, Financial District, Super Store and Dam among the locations.

The Nuke Call for Duty: Warzone event will begin on April 21 at 12:00 Pacific Time.
