WandaVision director Matt Shakman confirms the secret identity of the missing witness of FBI agent Jimmy Woo (Randall Park), who will be revealed somewhere along the way in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In episode 4, “Interrupting This Program,” Woo meets SWORD Captain Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) outside the then-defunct city of Westview, New Jersey – home to nearly 4,000 souls said to be Woo and Rambeau. Woo is there looking for a witness he thinks flew into the coop, telling Rambeau about a new wrinkle: known associates and relatives have I’ve never heard the missing person who some suspect is Ralph Bohner, aka “Fake Pietro” (Evan Peters).
“As for the fact that no one knows Westview exists, Westview exists and that’s why Jimmy is there. But people around him forgot about it because Wanda did it,” Shakman said. ComicBook.comS Phase zero podcast about the “Hex” spell voiced by Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen). “He created a kind of black hole there so that it can be uninterrupted and people won’t find their way too far. As for the missing person, there’s an answer to that and, you know, he’s there.”
When ComicBook.com asked Park if the identity of Woo’s missing person would be revealed at a later date, he replied, “It’s a good question. It’s a good question that I’ll just leave a question.”
It remains unclear whether Ralph Bohner – a Westview resident and an involuntary neighbor of Wanda and Vision (Paul Bettany), who becomes a mind-controlled “Fietro” manipulated by the witch Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) – is Woo’s missing person.
When asked if he was X-Men star Peters will resume her role as Bohner in MCU, showrunner Jac Schaeffer said: “What I can say is that I think Evan Peters has done an incredible job with this role and I was happy to work with him as well as to look at him on the screen and you know, as a fan, I’m interested to see what he does next. “
