Description of the text provided by the architects. When I started a project to design it, there was an outbreak of the Corona virus. Closed schools and entertainment spaces have imposed social isolation. Living spaces are beginning to take on the task of serving people more, with more difficulty than the narrow residential spaces located inside large cities. We raised the issue of priority space for young children, the space for relaxation is also more interesting.

The Villa City project is located in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. House for husband and wife and 2 sons. With an area of 117m2 and a limited investment budget, we plan to organize a reasonable living space, work, rest and improving the inhibitory mentality when it is restricted to leave the house, when the situation may have long-term social isolation.

Narrowing the living room, eliminating bedrooms, making bunk beds for children to share a room leads to a lot of space for planting trees, pools and a tree house for babies to play with. Helps release energy for babies.

The children’s bedroom and the parents’ bedroom have connecting doors and connected to the balcony to create a connected space long enough for children to function comfortably, the bedroom is designed with a large glass wall overlooking the greenery and get natural light from the floor pockets make the airy bedroom, releasing the vision.
