Have you ever tried to register all 190 names Super Smash Bros. Melee credit sequence? We are not all.
It seems that until a few days ago, no one ever had a perfect race. Now, however, a guy named Martin Zarate has made this seemingly impossible (see 0:00 – 1:20 in the video above).
Speaking to the Polygon, Zarate revealed that it took him about 50 hours of training to accomplish. It all started when an individual by name Nathaniel Bandy appealed to the community to get each credit before March 31, 2021 – the reward is $ 3,000.
One requirement was that it be registered so that everyone could see the controller’s inputs. Sure enough, Zarate did.
“The most challenging part would be the vocal actors, they come in all different directions and there is no room for error. Once you get the hardest part of the credits, you’ll stay composed and hit the rest. ”
The last highest score before this was 182, which was reached back in 2007. Are you as impressed as we are with this run? Leave a comment below.
