Government Jared Polis is scheduled to speak in person at the carriage house from the governor’s residence at Boettcher Mansion at 13:00 MT on Friday, February 26, 2021. Joining the governor to update the response to COVID-19 will be Brigadier General Scott Sherman and the commander of the incident in the Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment, Scott Bookman.

The governor did not hold an official COVID-19 briefing on Feb. 12 before giving his annual state of the art address. While the state is moving in the right direction in terms of cases, virus variants remain a concern.
