Jeff McAdam, a journalist for the American medium ‘Fox 5’, reported on the cancellation of the San Diego Comic-con in-person event when recordings caught his eye.
At that point, McAdam interrupted the information he was giving, left the frame of the camera, and while his cameraman concentrated on what was happening, he began to describe what he saw.

In the video two parked cars are observed (one private and one from the police) and several shots can be heard.

The next day, San Diego police released a report explaining what had happened.
According to the statement, the police officer parked a car your driver has broken a traffic rule.
Then the police officer asked the citizen to get out of the car to make other checks and at that point came down with a gun and started shooting.
This prompted the officer’s response, who then arrested the man with the help of support units that had arrived at the scene.
Though the exchange of shots killed no one, a passerby was about to be injuredAccording to what had been told, an object he was carrying in one of the back pockets of his pants therefore saved him from the impact of the bullet in that part of the body.

According to the document published by the city’s police, the San Diego Police Homicide Unit will be in charge to proceed with the Research of the cross-shooting that took place between a Hispanic man, 29, and the cop who has been with the San Diego Police Department for more than three years.

Update: Police say some sort of ‘miracle’ has happened. While no one was technically “injured” in the shooting outside the convention center, a stray bullet hit a bystander, but something in the bag stopped it.
