Video about Brawl Over PS5 at Walmart Surfaces Online

A sometimes unfortunate side effect of the holiday season will see people become aggressive when it comes to trying to purchase one of the most sought after gifts of the year. In 2020, the most watched present for many is the PlayStation 5 and it seems that in a Walmart location in the United States, tensions have risen to a point between two customers, which has led to an outburst.

Distributed on social networks, the video in question sees two Walmart shoppers who were initially sitting in the store screaming at each other. After trading insults for a few moments, one of the two decides that he would like to escalate the situation and continues to approach the other with his fists flying. In a short time, the fight ends with the two on the floor, with only one person clearly coming out the winner of the fight. Although we do not fully see what caused the collision, first of all, the reports state that a PS5 was at the center of the argument between the two.

Given that we do not have complete records of this situation, it is important to emphasize that this fight may not have been over a PS5 at all. That being said, given the location where this fight took place, which was in the electronics section of the store, it seems that Sony’s newest console was the point of contention that started this chain of events.

I have to say that I hope one of these people seen in the video got away with a PS5 after everything was said. I mean, what’s the point of throwing your hand over a video game console if you don’t actually get one at the end of the day? All we know about the conclusion of the story is that the police later appeared at this location in Walmart, but no arrests or summonses were made, as both fighters left the store before the police arrived.

All in all, this video is proof that the sooner we see PS5 consoles as usual on store shelves, the better. At the moment, Sony is still not able to keep the latest generation console in stock almost anywhere, but this will definitely start to change once we reach 2021.
