National Armed Forces Venezuela will hold, in early March, Joint and comprehensive action exercise “Supreme Commander of the Bolivarian Shield Hugo Chávez Frías 2021‘la Territorial defense system, which means that it will cover the entire national territory.

The joint exercise will be led by Strategic Operational Command of the National Armed Forces (Ceofanb), as a body responsible for planning and conducting military operations, and will aim to “increase the operational readiness of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, to fight and expel internal and external threats and Colombian armed groups that may be found in country ”, according to the official note.

There are currently eight Redi: Occidental, Andes, plains, Central, Capital, oriental, Guyana Yes Insular Maritime. The eight Redi comprise a total of 28 Zodiac signs, one for each regional entity and four Insular Maritime, while ADIs are subordinate to them.
