Through social networks, the footballers from the Aztec team regretted the departure of the one who was part of the Tricolor team, regardless of the coach who arrived. Goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa was among the first to mourn Saldaña’s death And he said goodbye to a photo in which Ochoa is seen talking to the utility worker.
Rest in peace friend, you will miss it all the time, you were part of enjoying the selection. Hug at Heaven Gonza ???????? pic.twitter.com/Jb7Jn9N3KQ

Gonzalo was totally confident in all the elements that went through the Selection. He had a whole protocol to take care of uniforms and to have everything ready for the footballer’s comfort.
He liked to arrive 4 hours earlier in the stadiums to have everything well arranged for the moment of the national team match, which he accompanied in the World Cups like Russia or Brazil. He even posed in the initial photos of the matches with those selected in the sweatshirt uniform.
How sad to wake up and know that my dear Gonzalo Saldaña (Utilero from the saddle) was in front of us on the road because of this virus. Condolences to his whole family and that his wife is also coming out of this virus! Hug in heaven My “Gonzi” will you miss ???? ❤️ Fu..kCovid ????
