Updating the war zone adds the mysterious lightning storm

Looks like a storm is coming in Call of Duty: Warzone. Following one of the latest updates to the game, a series of storms have begun to appear for some players in Verdansk. And, although it is not known what the storms might indicate yet, they seem to be teasing the future content in some way.

In recent days, the players inside Call of Duty: Warzone they began to notice that the storms were sweating over certain parts of the game map. These storms are indicated by gray clouds with rare lightning coming from the clouds. It is not known why the storms occur in the first place, but their addition has led to a lot of theories and speculation from fans.

An idea that some War zone The proposed players involve adding a real-time weather system to the game. This could help match the spices a little more based on the weather effects that would occur in Verdansk. Not sure if this will hold true, but the idea behind it is a cold one and could make War zone feel much fresher.

While weather systems are a popular idea, the notion of zombies could be different Call of Duty: Warzone. The popular secondary mode of the Call of Duty series did not cross with War zone however, these storms seem to be teasing that something dark could soon descend on Verdansk. Not to mention, there have been a few other teases in recent days that indicate the arrival of Zombies soon enough.

Whatever these storms are teasing, there is a good chance they will be revealed in season 2 of Call of Duty: Warzone. Although Activision has not revealed all the details about next season’s free-to-play shooter, it will start at the end of February. With that in mind, we should start learning a lot more in the next week or two.
