This week, UBS released a comprehensive investment guide to President Joe Biden’s massive infrastructure proposal, complemented by stock selections and analyst guidance.
Entitled “Rethinking Infrastructure,” the UBS guide predicts that the final size of the US Employment Plan will be much smaller than its current $ 2 trillion, but it should still act as a tailwind for cyclical action.
“Economically sensitive equity stocks should gain momentum as investors re-evaluate their earning potential and future valuation, while higher rates would be a headwind for rising stocks,” the UBS investment strategies.
