The Houston Texans lost another tear to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday afternoon, with a 27-20 loss at Lucas Oil Stadium.
For the first time since 2017, the Texans will endure a double-digit losing season and two of those defeats came into the hands of the Colts.
Like the Week 13 meeting at NRG Stadium, the Texans’ offense had an accident in the 2-meter line. Instead of the center Nick Martin, who hit his head on a second and goal, receiver Keke Coutee caught a pass and was scheduled to cross the goal line, although he will have to go through a few Colts defenders.
Defender Darius Leonard snatched the ball, and the Colts recovered in the final area for a touchback.
Viewers went on Twitter to convey their shock at another Texans-Colts game that came to a wild end.
“That explains the #Texans season,” the NFL wrote on Texans
Yellow Boiii offered a GIF of a man who slapped another on the head, claiming that this would make quarterback Deshaun Watson if he saw Coutee in the locker room.
Another use on Twitter captured the perfect screenshot to summarize Houston’s 2020 season.
Coutee’s smoking cost Michael Dean some money in a four-way parlay.
The Twitter coach was ready to cut Coutee after the game.
Some would say the play was Houston’s season.
The Texans fall to 4-10 this season and are preparing to play the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 16 for their penultimate home game at NRG Stadium.
