Trump’s longtime personal bankers have resigned from Deutsche Bank

Two Deutsche Bank employees responsible for loans to President Donald Trump and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, have resigned.

“Rosemary Vrablic and Dominic Scalzi have resigned from Deutsche Bank since the end of the year, which was accepted by the bank,” Deutsche Bank AG DB,

he said in a statement Tuesday.

The New York Times first reported departures.

Vrablic has long been a general manager and senior banker in Deutsche Bank’s wealth management division and has helped manage hundreds of millions of dollars borrowed from Trump over the years, the Times reported.

Scalzi allegedly worked closely with her, and the two continued the bank’s private relationship with Trump after the commercial side stopped doing business with him, accusing Trump of being a regular death knell.

Through Vrablic, Deutsche Bank lent the Trump organization more than $ 300 million, according to the Times.

In August, the Times reported that Deutsche Bank was considering a 2013 real estate deal involving Vrablic and Scalzi and a company partially owned by Kushner.

The Trump organization is the subject of parallel investigations into fraud by the New York Attorney General and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, which both sent Deutsche Bank for recordings.
