Trent Reznor hits ex-girlfriend Marilyn Manson

Trent Reznor has spoken out against former co-worker and friend Marilyn Manson following allegations against Manson by his former fiancé Evan Rachel Wood.

Reznor, who previously rebuked the gothic rocker, again vehemently denied a statement in Manson’s 1998 autobiography, “The Long Hard Road Out of Hell,” that Manson and Reznor physically and sexually assaulted a drunken woman in 90s.

“I have been vocal over the years about my disappointment with Manson as a person and I broke off ties with him almost 25 years ago. As I said at the time, the passage in Manson’s memoirs is a complete fabrication, “said Reznor, 55, in a statement to Pitchfork. “I was angry and offended when he came out and stayed that way today.”

In 2009, frontman Nine Inch Nails also described Manson as “a stunned clown” in an interview with Mojo.

“He is a malicious guy and will step on anyone’s face to succeed and cross any line of decency,” Reznor said of his former protégé. “Seeing him now, drugs and alcohol are now leading his life and he has become a bad clown.”

Following allegations of abuse by Wood and other women this week, Manson’s record label gave him up.

The 52-year-old “Sweet Dreams” musician rejected the women’s claims on Instagram, writing: “My intimate relationships have always been fully consensual with partners with the same idea. No matter how – and why – others now choose to distort the past, this is the truth. ”

Meanwhile, police turned red at his home in Manson, LA, late Wednesday after receiving a call for social control. Later, a representative assured the officers that Manson – whose real name is Brian Warner – was fine and simply did not want to leave the house due to the presence of the media.
