After a long and difficult struggle to survive, he kept it hospitalized for eight months because Covid-19, which led to coma and eventually to double lung transplant, the actor and singer return to enjoy life.
From his Miami home, Tono He gave this interview after overcoming this health battle that he can now say about himself and that he feels that he was born again.
“I have been in the hospital for eight months since Covid, then almost four months in a coma and ends with double lung transplant. It’s a miracle, “he said Tono in a WhatsApp interview.
The actor was released last Friday and left the hospital on his own, supported by his doctors, thus leaving the UF Health University in Florida, located in Gainesville, Florida.
“I always clung to God and Virgo who are with me all the time and today are with my family, “he added.
The actor had to deal with the serious consequences that the virus caused in his body. In June 2020, the news was released that he was infected.
His recovery brought joy to all.
“I’m already home with my family and I’m enjoying life,” said the actor.
According to a close person Mauri, what comes now is to observe how your recovery works and later the therapies will come.
Toño thanked the medical staff who helped him pass this difficult test.
“I always saw doctors and nurses as angels. Dr. Juan was there from the beginning and he was the one who helped me when I entered the hospital and throughout the process until today,” he said.
