Three people died and another was injured today a plane crashed in the canton of San José Changalloof Ilopango.
According to firefighters, the deaths are: Mario Francisco Henríquez Núñez, 28; Juan Antonio Rodríguez Campos, 29; and Valeria Rebeca Henríquez Núñez, 15 years old.

Meanwhile, the injured is 23-year-old Wilber Alberto Rivas.

Volunteers from the Red Cross, from the emergency center of the institution, detailed that the alert about the accident was received at 9:15 in the morning. Moments later, an ambulance drove into the area.

On October 19, another plane crash claimed the lives of two people, when the plane they were traveling in he rushed to the ground in the San Cristóbal farm, El Progreso canton, El Boquerón area.
The victims were: José Concepción Sánchez, 55, who died on the spot; and Elizabeth Pleitez, 56, died at San Rafael Hospital in Santa Tecla.
Also traveling by plane, registration number N7381G: Diego Rodrigo Orellana Pérez, 23 (pilot) and Manuel Sánchez, 27, who were also transported by the Red Cross and Police to the hospital.

Another accident
Another plane crash occurred in September 2013, when an aircraft crashed near the city of Ilopango, after taking off from a military airport that also serves local flights and operates in that sector.
