To encourage Michiganders to get vaccinated against COVID-19, a local marijuana dispensary offers a “Pot for Shots” promotion.
Anyone who provides written evidence that they received a COVID-19 vaccine in the Greened Lake greenhouse will receive a free pre-laminated joint, the dispensary said in a press release.
“Our goal is to raise awareness of the importance of getting COVID-19 vaccination as we, as a community, fight this horrific pandemic,” owner Jerry Millen said in a statement. “Pot for Shots is our way of showing our commitment to helping the community return to normal. We support the safe and responsible use of cannabis and hope that this is the beginning of the end of this insidious pandemic.”
