The Judge of the National District Second Investigative Court issued an arrest warrant against two of those involved in the network of César Emilio Peralta (César El Abusador) against whom the Specialized Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Attorney’s Office had requested them declared in absentia.

Luis González, the head of the anti-money laundering specialist prosecutor, stressed that the prosecution has taken an allegation against the accused with great force, so that at this stage of the trial an order is issued to ensure a safe trial to open.
“They are sufficient and forceful against each of the defendants,” González said regarding the evidence in answering questions from journalists in the Augusta Chamber of the Supreme Court, where, for reasons of space, the preliminary hearing was known against those. involved in the case.
