They capture a 42-kilogram subject of alleged cocaine in Choluteca

Choluteca, Honduras.

A 25 – year – old person suspected of crime of illicit drug trafficking, was captured in the last hours by agents of the National Directorate of Border Police Services (DNSPF), with the support of Tactical Special Operations Group (GOET).

The action was carried out in the Yololan village of Namasigue, Choluteca, through a routine operation.

The detainee is originally from Tegucigalpa and lives in the Suyapa de Choluteca neighborhood.

His arrest was made after officers inspected the vehicle he was driving; discovering a fake compartment carrying 42 kilograms of alleged cocaine, which were confiscated as evidence.

Therefore, the detainee was transferred to the appropriate Prosecutor’s Office to initiate legal proceedings for the crime of illicit drug trafficking to the detriment of the public health of the state. Honduras.
