The exponent of the urban gender, Arcángel, issued sexist expressions through his social networks in which he criticized the way women dress and accused them of being provocative to “get likes”.
In an Instagram story, Arcángel wrote: “You want to be respected as a woman, blah blah blah, but you continue to learn sh ** on networks for likes. Women who behave stand out and are categorized as GOD.”
Arcángel’s expressions quickly outraged his followers who went on Twitter to denounce the Puerto Rican’s words.

Later, the Brazilian singer Anitta published a message condemning this type of expression, even if she does not directly mention reggaeton.
