The woman who filed the complaint on November 25, 2020, claims that the incident occurred on November 1, 2019 in the province of Córdoba, the place of origin of the 25-year-old attacker.

Pavón posted on his Instagram account a statement in which he assures that the woman is lying and denounced her for “extortion and false denunciation”.
