But a few months before a large part of the population is vaccinated, it is important to keep up with safety and health guidelines and take into account local statistics. WalletHub analyzed all 50 states using just five key values - vaccination rate, positive test rate, hospitalization rate, estimated transmission rate, and death rate – to see which were the safest and which could use improvements.
