It also mentions that the sanctions provided for in Article 61, sections 3, 12 and 16 of the same law are even more severe, which qualifies as “acts of cruelty” to mistreat an animal in a treacherous manner, for evil, brutality , selfishness and satisfaction. Perform any painful operation on an animal unprofessionally; intentionally injuring or expelling animals, causing unnecessary torture or suffering to an animal, or causing death.
