The third lawsuit against Deshaun Watson alleges forced oral sex

A third lawsuit has been filed against Texan defender Deshaun Watson, with another licensed therapist accusing him of sexual assault and harassment.

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday night in the Harris County courtroom, accuses Watson of “forcing [the massage therapist] having oral sex ”during a massage in Houston in December 2020.

The first two lawsuits against Watson were for incidents that allegedly took place in March and August 2020. Watson publicly denied the allegations in the first trial, but has not commented since. The latest lawsuit claims that Watson first contacted the massage therapist via message directly on Instagram and requested a meeting.

According to the trial, shortly after the massage began on 28 December, Watson “began to aggressively dictate the massage and where he wanted the applicant to touch him”. Watson has repeatedly called for the “inner thighs” and the “inner buttocks” to be massaged and then “to focus on” inserting hamsters “.

According to the suit, the massage therapist became uncomfortable, but Watson “repeatedly made it clear that he was a professional football player who could help or hurt his career.”

Later, while the massage therapist was working on the rib cage, Watson allegedly “became more aggressive, forcing him to move his hand to the pubic area … [and] instructed her to slide her hand over her genitals, “the lawsuit claims. Watson allegedly” forced the applicant to move her mouth to his penis, forcing the applicant to have oral sex, “according to the trial.

The applicant seeks “minimal compensatory damages”, although the case states that she “suffered mental distress as a result of Watson’s conduct”.

Texas senior lawyer Tony Buzbee has filed all three lawsuits on behalf of women accused of misconduct by Watson and said on social media on Wednesday that there are six lawsuits to be filed.

The charges against Watson come as the 25-year-old defender is in the middle of a deadlock with the Texans. He requested a transaction after signing a four-year, $ 160 million extension last fall, although Texans have said publicly that they do not intend to trade it.
