A second Suburbia subsidiary has been announced by the national chain in Ciudad Juárez.
Through its social networks, the company commented that the store will be located in the Las Misiones shopping center, so it started hiring staff.
Pamela Bañuelos, from the Las Misiones marketing area, ruled out that Liverpool would close its doors to make way for the transition.
He explained that the department store will be located on the top floor, where Happyland used to be, so the space has already started to be ready for it.
Although there is no opening date yet, he said it will be this year.
On September 5, 2019, Suburbia opened its first branch in this city. At the time, Alberto Yescas, the brand’s chief operating officer, reported plans to expand the company.
The disappearance of factories in France took place after in 2017 Liverpool completed the acquisition of the Suburbia fashion chain from Walmart de México for an amount of 15.7 billion pesos.
Since then, the 41 factory stores in France in the country have started operating under the name of Liverpool or Suburbia, as a business strategy derived from a market study that demonstrated a better identification of customers with these two brands.
