The strangest fighters in the company’s history

WWE has not been shy to create a colorful cast in the past, but sometimes fighters have been given people who were beyond pale in the strange ways they have taken. From killer clowns to “Booger” fighters to more than a few “chicken-themed” fighters, we thought we’d take the opportunity to break down some of the craziest fighters to make appearances in the organization’s past.

Recently, professional wrestler Lars Sullivan had debuted an original design that he would debut in “Brilliant Behemoth,” a character that looked more like Mr. Hyde than anything I had ever seen. Although Lars is no longer part of the WWE after leaving the world of wrestling, we imagine that there will be many more crazy fighters who will go down on the pike.

Who do you think is the craziest fighter to ever appear in WWE history? Who is the current craziest fighter on the organization’s list? Feel free to let us know in the comments or hit me directly on Twitter @EVComedy to talk about all things about comics, anime and the world of professional wrestling.

Gobbledy Gooker

In what must be one of the strangest ideas in WWE history, Gobbledy Gooker has been promoted as a mysterious part of Survivor Series, coming out of an egg and making a jig in the square circle. Although he was not originally introduced as a fighter, he has become one lately Survivor Series this saw him become the champion 24/7 hilarious after a surprise attack on R Truth. A bit of an ironic lore about this strange creature is that the undertaker appeared in the same place Survivor Series that he did.

The Red Rooster

If you thought there was only one chicken fighter in the World Wrestling Entertainment stables, you would be wrong. Terry Taylor had a strange change that changed the brand of “Red Rooster”, not only giving him a new outfit and hairstyle, but also changing his mannerisms and movements to reflect those of the wild bird. Needless to say, Red Rooster was not a timeless character in WWE history, but he is certainly worth noting.

logs

I dare you to try to imagine the Bushwhackers appearing in the WWE today, with their usual way of licking, licking a good part of the audience they will come in contact with while loading in the ring. The past World Wrestling Entertainment had some really bizarre fighters who were linked to other countries, with the New Zealand Bound Logs and other fighters like The Mountie and the “Wild Samoans” making bizarre appearances. Needless to say, the Logs are probably the most popular fighters you will see on this list.

Bastion Booger

At one point, WWE wondered, “What if we created a trick for a fighter who turned him into the most disgusting human being alive?” Enter Bastion Booger. In addition to using movements that would attract anyone who follows them, Mike Shaw entered the ring with one of the strangest themed songs you could imagine, which you can check out above. Ironically, his previous WWE persona was perhaps as strange as he was portrayed as a “crazy monk” known as a “brother.”

The Repo man

Barry Allen Darsow was actually Smash of the popular WWE team, known as Demolition, but he also slapped a mask and entered the ring sneaking down and stealing everything he could like “Repo Man”. One of the strangest ideas, when it came to these bizarre characters, was the idea that he had just happened to fall into the fighting game, the Repo man apparently being a thief similar to the McDonald’s Hamburglar, who was just a fighter for to help bring him more and more material goods.

The master of war

Terry Szopinski, in his heyday as part of World Wrestling Entertainment, then the World Wrestling Federation, was a fighter beast, being muscular for a time when wrestlers were known for their huge muscles in the 1980s. on Warlord so strange was his ring clothing, which would be a Mad Max style mask, half a metal mask on his face, wielding a cane with a giant W. While some fighters like Van Vader and Bam Bam Bigelow made strange appearances to work, the Warlord was just weird to be weird.

Doink Clown

Matt Osborn’s trick as a bad fighter clown is pretty weird on its own, but the character’s longevity is almost as weird. Doink Clown was not only a WWE trademark, but also appeared in Extreme Championship Wrestling. Doink did not take a page from the Joker in his misfortune, but rather simply wore his clothes during his matches and threw them during the ring.
