CD Projekt shares rose yesterday as Elon Musk wrote on Twitter about Cyberpunk 2077.

Following this tweet, CD Projekt shares increased by 19%, the highest increase since June 2015, while the volume of transactions reached six times its three-month average, Bloomberg reported.
This is the second time this week that Elon Musk has affected a company’s shares, after GameStop shares continued to rise on Wednesday, following a tweet from the billionaire.
Shares of CD Projekt have fluctuated recently due to uncertainty around Cyberpunk 2077. The developer’s share price fell 25% in October, after a peak in late August amid reports of a crisis and another Cyberpunk delay.
After the final launch of the game in December, its shares fell another 29%, with the studio’s low share price costing the founders more than $ 1 billion in wealth. At the end of December, CD Projekt investors are exploring the possibility of suing the developer for the distortion of Cyberpunk 2077.
The game was on fire for its many bugs on the consoles, the developer later apologizing for not being transparent about the performance of the title.
