Funny, I was wondering when we’d hear more about The sons of the forest, the funny sequel to the still very popular mutant survival game The forest. Endnight Games has released another new trailer.
“Everything you see is recorded in real time from our latest version”, according to the studio.
The sons of the forest looks weird in an unusually casual way. At one point, split the logs and dig ditches, the next, wear a creepy mask to match the locals and shoot a taser at a faceless mutant. This trailer is full of story images and game snippets.
It’s interesting to see the footage on a “2021” window without knowing if it involves an Early Access release, such as The forest (I suppose so) or a completely finished game. Anyway, I expect survival fans to swarm these scary forests and Endnight to continue to support the sequel for years.
I had completely forgotten so far, but the woman with several limbs appeared in the first trailer.
