After the Houston Rockets’ 117-100 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, star James Harden said the Texans “just aren’t good enough.”
“I like this city. I’ve done literally everything I can. I mean, this situation is crazy. It’s something I don’t think can be fixed,” Harden said.
Harden is aware that the Rockets (3-6) continue to discuss commercial scenarios with the teams, although there is no imminent agreement, sources for ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski said.
The sale price in Houston remains high, Wojnarowski reports.
Harden scored 16 points in 31 minutes in Tuesday’s loss, which was Houston’s second in a row.
