The original version of Metro 2033 is free to keep on Steam

The offer lasts until March 15, so do not postpone

Celebrating a whole decade of Metro “Oh, my God, is it so long?” – the developer 4A Games decided to distribute free copies from the PC Metro 2033 on Steam this week. It’s free to keep permanently.

All you have to do is claim the game Monday, March 15 at 10:00 Pacific.

In a fun twist, 4A Games offers the original version of Metro 2033 since 2010, no Metro 2033 Redux launch that appeared four years later – so if you ever want to go back, now is the time to act. Some fans prefer the distinctive look of the original instead of the optimized, glossy remaster.

Meanwhile, the rest of the series is on sale right now, including the latest game, Metro exodus. With anniversary discounts, you can get Redux titles for $ 3.99 each and Exodus for $ 13.59.

Ten years ago, I wouldn’t have expected it Metro to be where it is. 4A Games did well.

Bot-reveal: Only if the publisher has neglected to mention it do we have zero control when transactions begin and end. Offers may sometimes disappear in minutes (please do not drag on the messenger). Trying to trade links even a few hours after the timeline of this article can lead to self-sufficiency, so it may mark our video game offerings if you’re hunting.
