The new version of PlayStation Leak reveals that the latest major game will be relaunched on PS5

A new PlayStation leak has revealed that a major PS4 game is being relaunched on the PS5. When PS4 was released, it felt like every PS3 game, and their brother was remastered and relaunched on PS4. And if that didn’t happen, the game was remade for the PS4. However, an important reason why this happened is that the PS4 was not compatible with the PS3. On PS5 this is not a problem as it plays virtually every PS4 game. However, this will not stop every game in the relaunch route.

Right now, one of the most popular PS4 games, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, can be played on PS5, but only by reverse compatibility. In other words, a correct PS5 version of the game does not exist, but it looks like it will change.

Over Twitter Gematsu reveals that the recently listed 365games retailer Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Deluxe Edition for PS5, apparently leaking the announcement before Ubisoft could do so. At this time, there is no list for an Xbox Series X version, but it is safe to assume that a similar relaunch is in the works for the new Microsoft console.

It is also safe to assume that the PS5 version (and Xbox Series X) will come with a variety of visual and performance upgrades, but for now it remains to be seen how many resources Ubisoft will pour into ports. And, of course, it’s worth remembering that, for now, nothing here is official. The registration could be an error or the retailer is looking for traffic. And it could also be a substitute. However, do you know what else it could be? A real leak. If this is true, wait for an announcement soon.

At the time of publication, Ubisoft did not comment on this leak in any way and it is unlikely that it will change, but if it does, we will be sure to update the story with whatever the French game maker says.
