Hell, it looks like the latest update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla – patch 1,011 – has introduced a pretty annoying bug. The update mentioned above focuses on fixes for a large number of problems (relatively minor), but somehow managed to break the facial animation system of the game. It’s never easy, is it?
The problem appeared on Reddit earlier today, and now the same thread is full of people who say they are facing the same bug. We had to try this for ourselves and we came across the problem almost immediately. Not every scene in the game seems to be affected by error, but those who see characters that can’t be played can’t move their mouths as they speak. They just sit there, staring into Eivor’s soul as the words fill the air. Everything is terribly disturbing and obviously snatches you from the experience.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has already had a fair share of technical issues, and while many of those issues have been clarified in recent months, the new bugs are the last thing the open world adventure needs. Here we hope it is a quick solution.
