According to court documents obtained exclusively by BOSSIP, the “Love & Marriage Hunstville” stars, Martell and Melody Holt, are officially divorced. On March 12, an Alabama judge granted Martell and Melody a divorce on grounds of “temperament incompatibility” or irreconcilable differences.

According to official documents obtained by BOSSIP, both parties will exercise joint legal and physical custody of the four minor children, establishing their own weekly schedule. Neither will pay the child allowance and both will share the expenses. Alimony was not granted to either party, and the estranged spouses agreed to dissolve several businesses in which they have common interests, including Holt & Holt Custom Homes, LLC.

As BOSSIP has previously reported, Melody has been seeking a divorce from her husband for a long time, saying that their marriage has suffered an “irrecoverable failure” and that there is no chance of them getting back together. Melody demanded that neither party pay the other child support and that both continue to have joint physical and legal custody of their children.
Later, allegations surfaced that Martell had given birth to a child out of wedlock with a woman who had been his mistress for many years, whom he had previously called a “peasant.” In the current season of “Love & Marriage Huntsville,” Martell confirmed that the rumors were true, but also claimed that Melody was unfaithful because she stopped doing things to him, so he had to do them to someone else ”. Melody vehemently denied the allegations.

Melody is currently pouring her frustrations out of divorce into a song called “Tell Tale Signs.” Released tomorrow, March 20, the song contains lyrics that include;

Rather be alone because you have problems. My phone doesn’t ring anymore. I don’t miss you. Remember when you didn’t care? Keep that energy right there. We don’t even have to talk for real. Just when you want to see the kids. ”
