This morning, staff from the Rincón Police District of the Puerto Rico Police Station were arrested Julio Mercado Sánchez, 49, a resident of that city, for causing external and internal damage to the Catholic Church, Santa Rosa de Lima, located in the Pueblo neighborhood of that municipality.
