Comayagua, Honduras.
A man allegedly killed his wife with multiple gunshots in the last hours in Lamaní, Comayagua, central Honduras. The murder, according to the police report, was committed in a fit of jealousy by the individual.
The victim, Elsa Galeas Cruz, was killed by several gunshots. According to investigations, the man, identified as Juan Izaguirre, shot his wife.
Versions indicate that he chose to commit the crime on the grounds that his colleague had communicated, through social media, with another person in the United States. This appears as a hypothesis and does not correspond to any official opinion.

Relatives of the victim said that the man was partially blind two years ago, due to diabetes.
