Last month, three skills mysteriously appeared in the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, but only if you have disconnected your console from the internet. Now these skills are officially available, included in patch 1.1.2 of the game, available today for all platforms.

The massive 1.1.2 update (10 GB on PlayStation 4, 19.5 GB on Xbox Series X and S) adds Fight Ready, Arrow Looter and Assassin Carry abilities to Valhallacomplex skill tree. They are joined by three other abilities: Long Ship Brace and Power Stroke improve your skills while on your boat, while Assassin Slide allows you to glide while sprinting – and allows you to do this in enemies – as and how Assassin’s Creed Valhalla he wasn’t already hit enough.

In addition to these six skills, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla he also receives three new abilities. Shoulder Bash sounds a lot like a generic, albeit strong, melee ability. Battle Cry increases your attack power and causes nearby enemies to stumble over fear. But the coolest sound is the Berserker Trap, which allows you to use the bow and arrow to shoot traps that release a cloud of hallucinatory toxins.

Today also sees the addition of ValhallaRiver Raids anticipated mode, which allows playback raids. Those who enjoy the various raids in the main game – miniature objectives in which you gather your crew and plunder a fortified location, often a monastery – will certainly receive a blow. (I’m currently downloading the patch and will report back if River Raids mode is something to write about at home.)

The patch also provides fixes for a bunch of arrested missions. For example, that head of the “Extended Family” will no longer be stuck in the walls. In fact, you’ll be able to move that box to “Blood from a Stone.” I’ve never heard of it and it has nothing to do with a specific search, but today’s patch “addresses an issue that caused all members of the Order to be killed after they killed a zealot.” To be honest, I would like it to remain untouched. I could have saved a lot of time looking for the rest of the Order!

And, of course, today’s patch brings improvements needed for “performance and stability.” Unfortunately, there is still no word custom uploads.
